Crown First impressions are warm, relaxing, and enticing.
Crown First contact is welcoming, calm, and quiet.
Crown Appropriate and necessary medical questions are asked to protect guests.
Crown Waiver of liability forms, protecting the spa, are kept short and clear.
4.    Personnel
Crown Staff are trained and certified where possible.
Crown All staff are quiet at all times.
Crown All staff are eager to assist and focused on customer satisfaction.
Crown Guests are asked about gender preferences re: who will provide treatments.
5.    Facilities
Crown Design and decorating theme are appropriate and consistent to the location.
Crown Ambience is warm and restful.
Crown Sound includes ambient music and no noise, preferably running water.
Crown Fresh water, tea  and light snacks are available.
Crown There is a room for quiet relaxation, with recliners and blankets.
Crown A quiet eating space, with tables, is available for spa lunches.
Crown Men and women have separate facilities, with some shared facilities for couples.
6.    Changing Room
Crown Personal, secure locker, robe and slippers are provided.
Crown Showers and steam room or sauna are available and well-serviced.
Crown All necessary grooming amenities are set out for customer use.
Crown There are private changing areas for those who wish to use them.

Crown All treatments rooms are well-insulated, warm and extremely quiet.
Crown Soothing lights, sounds and smells welcome the spa guest.

9.  Policies & Enforcement
Crown Schedules and timelines are met.
Crown Quiet is strictly enforced for staff and guests.
Crown Children are not allowed.
Crown Parties are booked at times when other guests are not present or in separate facilities.
Crown The Spa is run in a professional manner.

5 Crown Spa (35-40) -  Absolutely Royal Treatment
4 Crown Spa (30-34) -  Royal Treatment
3 Crown Spa (25-29) -  Almost Royal Treatment
2 Crown Spa (20-24) -   Not Royal Treatment
1 Crown (19 or less) -  Not a real spa!
